Britney Spears Says Her Body Is Performance Ready for Her Confirmed Las Vegas Stint

A full-force Britney Spears comeback is in the midst judging by the cover of the most recent issue of Shape magazine, in which she happily flaunts her very toned bikini bod. She'll definitely need it for what she's about to do.
In the issue, Spears also confirmed that the rumors of a Las Vegas residency are in deed true. She's planning on hitting the Sin City stages starting this fall. But with two kids to juggle, X-Factor judging to wrap up, and a new will.i.am-produced album in the works, it definitely won't be a walk in the park, and is sure to be very physically demanding.
The performances won't be simple, she teased. They'll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.
So, to get her body in tip-top shape, Spears is doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week mixed in with cardio, and cutting back on cookies (which her son is not too happy about).

Lindsay Lohan: I Admit Everything, Will Go To Rehab For 180 Days

 So stated Lindsay Lohan this morning in a stunning turn of events, as the troubled star copped to being a total mess and vowed to turn things around. She also promised that she will check into rehab immediately and will not return to work (or whatever it is that she does) until early 2014 at the earliest.

I've been living a lie for too long," Lindsay said early Monday. "I've been spiraling out of control, even if I didn't know it at the time. I lost track of who I am."In an apparent shot at her family and management, she adds, "I've been surrounded by enablers instead of those who will guide me down the right path."Lohan said her mentality has been to "deny, deny, deny" when it comes to getting into trouble with the law, or when it comes to personal issues.That all stops now, she claims, and while we've heard it all before, never has she been more direct, or even acknowledged she has a problem at all."I've done many things I am not proud of," her statement continues. "I have not been forthcoming with the authorities, with my fans or with myself." I admit everything and ask that you forgive my mistakes. For so long, my approach has been to 'deny, deny, deny.' Today, I set out to change that.

After a period of self-reflection I could no longer look at myself in the mirror. It is time to finally take responsibility and seek treatment for my addiction." While Lindsay did not specify what that addiction entails, or confess to any specific crimes, the takeaway is clear: I admit everything. And I'm getting help. Her statement concludes: "As a result, I will be entering a 180-day in-patient treatment program effective immediately and will not return to work until next year at the earliest." I appreciate your well-wishes and hope that you will respect my privacy during this transitional period as I turn the page and become a better person." It's taken a long time, but THG would like to applaud Lindsay Lohan for finally seeing the light and doing whatever it takes to get her life back on track.

Taylor Swift Sued for Banking Canceled Concert Check

 

She is never, ever giving back our money.
So argue concert promoters for an August 2012 event titled "Capital Hoedown," as they have filed a lawsuit against Taylor Swift because the concert was canceled - but they allege Swift kept her check for $2.5 million anyway.
According to legal documents, Taylor received her huge payout up front. And with the ticket company having to refund $1.8 million worth in tickets, promoters want her to cover that cost.
Meaning, yes, she would still make a tidy $700,000 profit.

Emma Watson, 'I am bit OCD about being perfect - it's irritating

Emma Watson has admitted she really pushes herself to be a high achiever.

The hardworking Harry Potter, 22, star reckons she learn the trait from her mum and dad. 

My parents have very strong work ethics and have instilled that in me; a love and a respect for what you do and taking pride in it,' she says.

And then - and this is sort of irritating at times - I'm a bit OCD about perfectionism.

I'm my own worst critic. I always want to do better. I'm always striving towards the next thing.'

But the pretty actress believes that knuckling down at Brown University in New York - where she's thought to be reading English - offers some relief. 

I think having time to step away and study really, really helps. It  helps to give me perspective on things,' Emma tells Marie Claire magazine.

The Script's Danny O'Donoghue: I'm still single

Danny O'Donoghue says he used the heartbreak from the end of his last relationship to write single Six Degrees of Separation.

The singer for The Script, who was also a judge on The Voice, says: 'I split up with my long-term girlfriend and that happened to fall in the period where we were writing an album.

'I'm still single and I tend to fluctuate between being in a relationship, going out of one, being in a relationship, going out of one.'

Er, like most people then.

Danny, 32, admitted last month he no longer speaks to Bo Bruce, who he mentored on The Voice.

At the time of the show, Danny and Bo were linked after he split from model girlfriend Irma Mali, 28.

Selena Gomez has hinted that she and long-term boyfriend Justin Bieber are still together by posting a photo of him on her Twitter page.

Rumours emerged last week that the young couple had split after Justin, 18, wrote the word 'Lingse' on his Instagram page, which is an anagram of single.

But now Selena, 20, has left the mysterious message: along with the new snap of Justin.

The pair first went public with their relationship in February 2011 but have busy schedules and often have to endure tough periods away from each other.

Selena has been filming a Wizards Of Waverly Place reunion special over the past few days and yesterday gave fans a sneak peek of the set.

"90210" star Shannen Doherty HAS A BUN IN THE OVEN -- but it's not the baby kind ... it's the burger kind.

Rumors have been swirling today after a photo of Shannen emerged ... in which her stomach was a little more accentuated than usual.

But the actress says there's DEFINITELY NOT a baby in her belly ... just lunch.

She wrote, "I'm a size 2, not sporting a baby bump. That's simply the hamburger I wolfed down 2 minutes prior."

Shannen's little bundle of joy is expected to be delivered in the next couple of hours.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Spotted Cozying Up in L.A. Over the Weekend

Looks like those Robsten reunion rumors are definitely true!

Robert Pattinson, 26, and Kristen Stewart, 22, were spotted out and about in Los Angeles over the weekend looking like they were tentatively trying to get their relationship back on track.

On Saturday night, the recently reconciled Breaking Dawn Part 2 stars reportedly made an appearance at the Chateau Marmont to attend a friend's birthday bash. Witnesses tell Us Weekly that Pattinson and Stewart arrived together and were whispering to each other throughout the evening.

On Sunday night, the pair hit up Ye Rustic Inn in Los Feliz. ET Online has a grainy picture of Robsten standing close together at the bar, and the site promises to reveal exclusive footage and more photos of the superstar couple during Monday night's episode of ET.

Quietly dating since 2009, Pattinson and Stewart broke up over the summer in the wake of news that Stewart had engaged in a brief fling with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders. Last week numerous sources reported that the couple had reconciled and was once again living together.

Pattinson and Stewart are scheduled to make their first red carpet appearance together since the break-up scandal later this month for the premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 2, which hits theaters on Nov. 16.

Hearty congratulations are in order for Natalie Portman.

The Oscar winning actress married Benjamin Millepied, the choreographer she met on the set of Black Swan in 2009, on the coast of California today. With friends and family around, the couple exchanged vows in a Jewish ceremony at a private residence.

Portman and Millepied announced that they were expecting a child in December 2010 and are now the parents of a 14-month old son named Aleph.

Officially a wife, Portman may now become a French citizen like her husband. Either way, we wish the parents and newlyweds nothing but the best!

Robert Pattinson visits voice coach to get his British accent back

Robert Pattinson was forced to see an accent coach while filming recent movie Bel Ami to hone his English accent.

The 26-year-old actor's natural voice had started to fade after playing a string of American characters, including Twilight's Edward Cullen.

'They hired an accent coach as Rob's spent a lot of time in LA,' his Bel Ami co-star Christina Ricci, 32, revealed to US chat show host Jimmy Kimmel.

'He made fun of me as I was trying to be British and sounded like a Hollywood valley girl.'

But it seems Barnes-born Rob isn't that bothered about keeping his London tones.

He recently admitted that he prefers to play characters with different nationalities to his own.

'I feel very naked with my British accent,' Robert told The Sun. 'I feel like I'm not really acting.'

Lily Allen: I hate greasing up before bed but stretch marks are gross

Lily Allen is still getting used to her post-pregnancy body after giving birth to daughter Ethel in November.

She's told her 3,560,061 Twitter followers that she hates covering herself in gloop to try and tackle her stretch marks.

'Stretch marks are gross, but going to bed all greased up is not cosy. #torn,' Tweets Lily.

The 27-year-old singer - who celebrated her first wedding anniversary with husband Sam Cooper earlier this month - thrilled fans on Wednesday when she revealed she's been in the studio recording new music.

It seems she's had a change of heart since insisting in 2009 she had no plans to make another record.

Justin Bieber: I've had a beer before but I never get out of control

Justin Bieber has no desire to get drunk.

The Canadian star, who turned 18 in March, admits he's never over-indulged when it comes to booze.

'For me, it's just like, I like to be in control of myself,' Justin tells GQ magazine.

'I mean, I've had a beer, like, before, but I never get out of control.'

Self-assured Justin said earlier this year that he won't be influenced by others' expectations.

'I'm not going to try to conform to what people want me to be, or go out
there and start partying, have people see me with alcohol,' insisted Justin.

The 19-year-old star introduced her new pet to the world yesterday by posting a snap of the adorable black and brown pooch on Twitter.

'He was left in a box Infront of Walmart. I don't understand how people can be so cruel. That's why we named him Happy,' wrote Miley.

And unsurprisingly, fans were eager to share their thoughts on the latest addition to the singer's family.

'Omg the cutest dog I have ever seen!!' commented one.

Miley's not the first star to rescue an animal - Selena Gomez ,19, and Justin Bieber, 18, decided to show their commitment to each other by taking in husky-mix Baylor earlier this year.

Wiz Khalifa: Arrested For Marijuana Possession

Rapper Wiz Khalifa tried and failed to hide a bag of weed in his room at a Holiday Inn in Nashville, Tenn., according to police officials who arrested him.

According to a police report, Metro Nashville Police responded to Wiz's room on April 21 after someone complained about "a strong odor of marijuana."

When the officers arrived to the scene, Wiz (real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz) allegedly tossed a "marijuana cigarette" out of the window. Clever move!

Cops say they recovered the item tossed by the rapper, and that "inside the rolling paper was a green leafy substance consistent with marijuana."

According to the report, Wiz (seen above with fiancee Amber Rose) admitted the joint was his and said he had 3.7 grams of weed in his pocket.

Khalifa is typically very open about his marijuana use - not sure how he didn't make our 4/20 celebrity stoner tribute - and was hit with a citation.

No word if the rapper smoked more after the police left, but if he did, he probably made sure to turn the fan on at least. Small victories, cops.

Vanessa Williams reveals sex abuse in new memoir

Vanessa Williams has it all: A thriving career, a beautiful family and gorgeous looks. But it hasn't always been so rosy. The actress reveals in her new memoir You Have No Idea that she was the victim of sexual abuse at the age of 10 and her abuser was the last person you'd expect.

Williams explained, "Family friends who had a daughter invited me to visit their friends in California with them. The family we stayed with had two kids.

One of those kids was a teenage girl. "Susan, who was 18, smoked, drove a car and was the epitome of cool. [My friend] Nancy and I slept in the den. One night Susan crept in."

"She told me to lie down on the rug. I was confused. Are we going to play a game? As I tried to make sense of it, Susan pulled down the bloomers of my cotton baby-doll pajamas. 'What are you doing?' I asked. 'Don’t worry -- it’ll feel good.'"

"I lay there paralyzed. What was going on? I didn’t speak. She kept at [the molestation] for I don’t know how long. She slid my bloomers back up and whispered: 'Don’t tell anyone.

Williams was so shocked by what happened that she didn't tell an adult what happened.

"For years I kept Susan’s visit to myself. I didn’t really understand until college. I was with my boyfriend and it hit me and I blurted out: 'Oh my god -- I was molested.'"

But the actress is a survivor, and as she explained in the new issue of People magazine the incident "didn’t paralyze me, and I don’t dwell."

She did make sure to use her experience as a learning experience for her kids. "I was verbal about it so they knew what to look for," she said.

Katy Perry Rocks Slime Sports Bra at Kids' Choice Awards

Now that's one way to make a memorable fashion statement and avoid becoming one of the celebrities who got slimed ... what would the point be?

At least night's Kids' Choice Awards, Katy Perry showed off a few inches of her midriff in a neon green ensemble with matching peep toe heels ...

... and a sports bra-like top dripping in slime:

The award show, of course, is known for its orange carpet and time-honored tradition of dumping industrial-size quantities of green slime on some "lucky" winners.

Perry was among the Kids' Choice Award winners for her role in The Smurfs, but the only slime Katy wore was on her chest from the get-go, though.

Paired with her purple and blue ponytail and bubblegum lips, the pop superstar actually managed to make this absurd ensemble look cute. Not a small feat.

Rihanna and Ashton Kutcher: Rumored One-Night Stand Alert!

On Tuesday around midnight, according to TMZ, Rihanna pulled up at Ashton Kutcher’s house. A blurry pic of Rih in her SUV (with her security detail) was posted online as the celebrity gossip site claimed she stayed at his bachelor pad until 4 a.m.

We can imagine that, whatever they were up to (and we're guessing it wasn't any sort of business collaboration) Ashton wouldn't be thrilled about the story.

But what's the harm, really? Did he threaten them to take the photos and/or the whole story down? And why would they comply if it was so obviously true?

TMZ of all sites is usually extremely accurate and willing to stand by its reporting. Shady, maybe, but not wrong, nor on the wrong side of the law. Weird.

In any case, that's what allegedly happened before the story got killed. And we can see it happening more easily than we can Johnny Depp and Ashley Olsen.

Tia Carrere Fired on Celebrity Apprentice

Following a task that didn't go as planned, Tia Carrere ended up being the latest casualty of Donald Trump's unforgiving boardroom cuts on Celebrity Apprentice.

On Sunday's episode, both teams were challenged to create a viral video for an O-Cedar mop. Obviously. The men, led by Lou Ferrigno, took a comical route.

The women, however, went with a double entendre "What's your number?" campaign.

While not overtly sexual, each woman, under the direction of Lisa Lampanelli and guidance of project manager Carrere, revealed how many mops they'd owned in their lives.

The men's idea mopped the floor with them and raised $50,000 for charity, leaving the ladies - Carrere, Lampanelli and Aubrey O'Day - fighting for survival.

When push came to shove, Carrere stepped up ... and fell on her own sword.

"Unfortunately I know as project manager, my head is on the chopping block," she told Trump, believing that someone else would go down with her.

Uma Thurman is pregnant -- who's the dad?

Congratulations to Uma Thurman! The Kill Bill actress is pregnant with her third child, her rep confirmed today, her first with someone other than her ex-husband Ethan Hawke. So who is her baby daddy, anyway?

Apparently ending their engagement in 2009 wasn't enough to keep this crazy couple apart, because the father is none other than her former fiance, financier Arpad Busson.

"Yes, Uma is pregnant!" a friend of Uma's told Life & Style before the rep's confirmation. "She hasn't announced it yet, but a lot of her friends were asking her because they could tell the difference when they saw her at New York Fashion Week. She's usually so skinny, but now she has the cutest little bump and a glow about her."

"She's excited," the insider shared. "She's happy and just a few months along right now. She's due in late, late summer."

Thurman and Busson, 49, started dating in 2007. They got engaged in June of 2008 but split in December 2009, reportedly over the strain of maintaining a long-distance relationship while balancing hectic work schedules.

While the pair is reportedly officially back together -- the pregnancy is not a result of sexual recycling -- there is no word that they have reinstated their engagement, yet.

Thurman's marriage to Hawke imploded amidst allegations he cheated with the couple's nanny, whom he later married and had two children with, daughters Clementine and Indiana. Uma and Hawke have two children together, Maya and Levon.

The Smash actress was previously married to Gary Oldman, with whom she had no kids.
