Miley Cyrus smokes "way too much weed"

Just when we thought Miley Cyrus was on the straight-and-narrow, here comes a new rumor about her love of marijuana — and it's coming directly from the superstar's mouth!

Cyrus was celebrating her 19th birthday at the Roosevelt Hotel with her family and friends — including Billy Ray Cyrus, Kelly Osbourne and Victoria Justice — when she took to the microphone.

"You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much [expletive] weed," she joked in the video, obtained by The Daily. The cake reportedly included a graphic of the late singer's face.

"I thought salvia was your problem, man?" joked Osbourne, referring to another video that caught the actress and singer taking hits from a bong. She later claimed it was the legal substance,  salvia.

She's apparently not quiet about her love of the green stuff these days. "Everyone in the room knows she's a pothead," a source said.

However, Osbourne took to Twitter to blast the so-called friend that leaked the video to the iPad-only newspaper.

"[L]et me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also A JOKE!" she tweeted. "[I]t makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!"

Miley Cyrus Shocked by Overzealous Fan at Melbourne Gig

Miley Cyrus was left frightened when an overzealous young fan suddenly 'attacked' her during a concert at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia. Right after the 18-year-old songstress was done with her closing number "The Climb" on Friday night, June 24, a fan was caught on tape bum-rushing her from behind.

The unruly fan managed to give the former "Hannah Montana" star a small hug before getting whisked back into the crowd by her security guard. When the fan was tackled by the guard, the "Party in the U.S.A" hitmaker spontaneously exclaimed into her mic, "Oh my God, oh my God." She was then swiftly escorted off stage.

The night before the show, Miley was reportedly joining boyfriend Liam Hemsworth at his house on Philip Island. The on-and-off couple stayed there with Liam's parents, Craig and Leonie, as well as Miley's mother Tish. Herald Sun reported that they all flew to Melbourne with a helicopter so that Miley can kick off her Gypsy Heart show on Friday.
